| The latest from Mammoth Lakes, April '07 - Last March '06, we closed our yr.-round Christmas shop after 14 yrs. At this time we are caught in the flat home sales market, but hope for a sale this yr. We will be moving to northern NV and spend most of our time working on that home in anticipation of retirement.
